Every family is different. Some want a plan and nothing more. Some want me in the driver's seat for three weeks handling every detail. Here are the five ways we can work together.
Level 1 — The Plan
I design your custom European itinerary day by day: route, timing, where to stay, what to see, what to skip. You book everything yourself and travel it independently. You get 20-plus years of on-the-ground European knowledge without paying for anything beyond the planning itself.
Level 2 — The Plan, Booked
Everything included in The Plan, and I book it for you — hotels and airfare included. You arrive with every reservation already confirmed. No research, no comparing sites, no booking headaches. You just travel.
Level 3 — All-Inclusive (Plan, Guide and Drive)
One flat price for the whole van up to 8 people, split however your group decides. I sell the vehicle, not a per-seat ticket, so whether four travelers or eight fill it, the price is the same — more people simply means a lower cost per person.

The Introductory Questionnaire
It starts with a short introductory questionnaire so Kelly can learn about the family and the group before the first call nothing formal, just enough to understand who's traveling and what matters to them.
The Free 30-Minute Call
No pressure, no script. Tell me about your teen, your hopes, your worries. Ask anything you want. I'll be honest about whether this is the right fit for your family — and if it isn't, I'll tell you plainly.
The Consultation
In your home if you're in the San Diego area, or by video from anywhere else. We sit down together and design the trip: route, pace, experiences, and the safety plan. This is where trust actually gets built, face to face rather than through a form. It costs $500, fully credited toward your trip if you decide to move forward. If an in-person visit isn't needed, Kelly sends a full rundown of questions to walk through together instead, so nothing gets missed either way.
Your Personal Travel Profile
Every traveler fills out their own questionnaire and has a short one-on-one Zoom call with Kelly, covering what they're excited about, what they love, what they'd rather skip, even favorite snacks and foods. From that, Kelly builds a personal profile for each traveler covering their wants, wishes, and ideas — as well as what they don't want or like — so the trip fits every person in the group, not just the group as a whole.
Building the Trip Together
Using each traveler's profile, the group plans together over Zoom, going back and forth until every route, stay, and experience feels right, followed by a final pre-departure Zoom call to walk through the full plan, answer every last question, and make sure everyone feels ready.
Kelly Handles Everything
Flights, vetted hotels, the van, daily routing, and a real emergency plan are all handled directly by Kelly. You receive daily photo updates and have a 24/7 line open for the entire trip.
